Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive/Strategist with 1–3 years of experience to manage and grow Hxouse of UGC’s social media presence. The ideal candidate understands content trends, short-form video strategy, and how to build authority and engagement in the D2C ecosystem. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Coordinate with the content and UGC production team for timely content publishing
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and platform-optimized copy
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral formats
• Experiment with new content formats to drive engagement and brand positioning
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, collaborations)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management/strategy (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Experience working with D2C brands is a plus
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Strong copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with strong execution abilities
