Social Media Strategist Jobs in United States at H & A Resources, LLC
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Social Media Strategist to lead organic and paid social initiatives. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive social strategies, creating paid campaign plans, and providing clear direction to external digital partners for campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement integrated social media strategies for both organic and paid channels.
● Create detailed paid social campaign plans, including:
○ Audience targeting and segmentation.
○ Budget allocation and flight.
○ Channel and format recommendations.
○ Creative and messaging direction.
● Guide digital and media partners on campaign setup, traffi cking, and platform confi guration (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
● Monitor campaign performance and partner with stakeholders to optimize based on KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
● Translate business goals into measurable social media objectives and actionable media plans.
● Develop content strategies to support paid and organic performance.
● Analyze data to deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
● Stay up-to-date on platform updates, ad products, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of social media strategy experience with direct paid social campaign involvement.
● Proven ability to plan and brief paid media campaigns, not just execute content strategies.
● Strong understanding of paid social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
● Experience working with external agencies or media partners.
● Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifi cations:
● Hands-on experience in traffi cking or setting up campaigns in ad platforms.
● Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance.
● Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking tools.
● Experience aligning paid social with broader digital/media strategy.
