We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist to drive our brand’s growth across digital platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram. This role will be responsible for shaping content direction, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive brand growth
- Lead content direction and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Oversee content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data
- Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to maximize campaign impact
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, KOL, Marketing)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and guidelines
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, preferably in beauty/cosmetics
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital landscape
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Experience working with influencers/KOLs is a plus
- Proactive, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player
