Rosella Digital is looking for a creative, dynamic Social media specialist to join the team!

You will develop and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars that reflect each client’s brand identity and marketing goals.

In this role, you will own the entire process from content ideation to execution and performance tracking, while also maintaining direct communication with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and agility in campaign management.

Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand international social media trends, cultural nuances, and audience preferences.
  • Analyze competitors’ social media strategies and performance metrics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Benchmark performance metrics to align with or exceed industry standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and updates on social media platforms.

Strategy and Planning

  • Identify emerging platforms and technologies in global markets to expand brand presence.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across different industries optimized for reach and engagement across global time zones.
  • Design and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and posting of content.

Content Creation and Collaboration

  • Write engaging content for posts across digital platforms.
  • Partner with the design team to execute visually compelling material.
  • Develop a content calendar tailored to audience engagement patterns and global time zones.

Client Communication & Strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for social media clients
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and content calendars
  • Handle ongoing client communication to gather feedback, align on strategy, and present reports

Performance Reporting

  • Generate and present detailed reports, highlighting performance metrics and key insights.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work (campaigns, content calendars, performance reports)
  • In-depth knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media and digital platforms
