WE’RE HIRING — Social Media Specialist

Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO

LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We’re looking for a Product Developer who can combine product insight, market understanding, and cross-team communication to help shape high-performing products across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  1. Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
  2. Develop content concepts aligned with brand strategy, campaigns, and current trends.
  3. Handle end-to-end content production: concepting, shooting, and editing.
  4. Appear in front of the camera for product reviews, tutorials, and storytelling content.
  5. Collaborate closely with Social Media, Brand, and Creative teams.
  6. Support brand campaigns, product launches, and on-ground/offline events when needed.
  7. Monitor and evaluate content performance (reach, engagement, views).

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or similar role (lifestyle/travel/e-commerce preferred)
  3. Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
  4. Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
  5. Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
  6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen
  7. Proficient in basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)

  9. Able to create engaging short-form video content for social media
  10. Familiar with social media insights and content performance analysis
