Job Description
- Content Planning: Construct and balance day-to-day and weekly platform execution tracks based on the macro-level marketing and content calendar frameworks established by the Social Media Lead.
- Storyboarding & Scripting: Translate abstract marketing directives and conceptual calendar themes into distinct, engaging scripts, detailed storyboards, and step-by-step video production blueprints.
- Independent Production: Lead and execute the end-to-end filming process independently, configuring mobile or mid-tier professional camera equipment, workspace lighting setups, clear audio inputs, and dynamic framing angles.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Perform detailed video editing workflows—including precise multi-clip splicing, pacing transitions, rhythm-driven music syncs, localized audio effects (SFX), and native text overlays—to maximize viewer watch-time.
- Platform Adaptation: Modify and tailor raw video assets, formatting choices, and content pacing models to leverage shifting search behaviors and native algorithmic parameters unique to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Visual & Tone Consistency: Enforce strict compliance across all self-produced multimedia assets to protect the established visual standards, corporate color schemes, and narrative voice of the Clogent brand.
- Trend & Viral Monitoring: Conduct real-time monitoring of expanding social subcultures, trending music audio tracks, viral editing challenges, and pop-culture moments to deploy them into commercial brand narratives rapidly.
- Technical Quality Control: Execute thorough pre-submission technical reviews on all edited drafts, eliminating display ratio clipping, typographical errors, and syncing lag before presenting work to the Social Media Lead.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication Sciences, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Creative Multimedia, or a highly relevant digital marketing discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of professional hands-on experience working as a dedicated Content Creator, Video Maker, or Social Media Specialist, with an added advantage for backgrounds in FMCG, Retail, or Fashion.
- Software Literacy: High proficiency navigating desktop and smartphone-native post-production software suites, explicitly including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and VN Video Editor.
- Storytelling & Presenting: Excellent creative storytelling abilities, with the natural self-confidence and public presentation skills to host videos, record voiceovers, or appear on-camera when necessary.
- Hardware Autonomy: Fully capable of operating digital camera technologies and modern high-end smartphone capture frameworks independently to produce crisp, high-definition visual assets under various environmental variables.
- Aesthetic Judgment: A strong personal artistic eye regarding visual composition, contemporary color grading trends, background audio matching, and clear typography layouts.
- Trend Agility: Deeply immersed in contemporary internet cultures and digital media behaviors across the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems.
- Project Velocity: Highly organized and adaptable, demonstrating a proven history of meeting tight editorial deadlines while balancing multiple content production streams concurrently.
- Workflow Discipline: Exceptional professional discipline with a structured approach to implementing feedback and executing production commands detailed by the Social Media Lead.
Portfolio Requirement: Submission of an active digital portfolio showcasing live short-form video content (TikTok links, Reels, or Shorts) featuring creative edits, structural flow, and clear visual clarity is mandatory.
