We are looking for a creative, commercially aware Social Media Executive to grow the Patrick Bourke Menswear brand across social channels through engaging content, strong community management, and consistent storytelling.
This person will help bring our brand to life online by showcasing menswear, footwear, occasionwear, new arrivals, and in-store expertise in a way that drives engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage day-to-day social media activity across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others relevant to the brand.
• Create engaging photo, video, reel, and story content that reflects the style, quality, and personality of Patrick Bourke Menswear.
• Build monthly content calendars around new arrivals, seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, groomswear, and in-store features.
• Write clear, on-brand captions and product-focused content that connects with customers and supports ecommerce activity.
• Work closely with the wider team to capture content in store and highlight products, styling advice, customer service, and brand heritage.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance across content and campaigns, reporting on reach, engagement, traffic, and sales contribution.
• Support paid social campaigns and promotional activity where required.
• Stay up to date with social trends, platform changes, and content opportunities relevant to fashion and retail.
Candidate profile
• 1-3 years’ experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content role, ideally in retail, fashion, or ecommerce.
• Strong eye for content, styling, presentation, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable creating content on phone and using basic editing tools for short-form video and imagery.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in what content helps drive customer engagement and sales.
