Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Senior Executive for a hybrid full-time role based in Damansara, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Executive will manage our social media accounts to drive engagement, growth, and customer connection. Responsibilities include creating and implementing social media strategies, producing engaging content, optimizing platforms for greater visibility, planning media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
1. Content Strategy & Creation (THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT)
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Work with internal team and external content creators to co-develop engaging and brand-consistent content for Instagram & TikTok
• Integrate content with compelling and engaging posts copy to attract and retain audience
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.
2. Campaign Management
• Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure success and effectiveness.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns to effectively reach and resonate with audience.
`• Adjust strategies and improve results.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
3. External Collaboration
• Identify and collaborate with relevant brand & influencers to co-promote
• Negotiate and manage brand & influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content approvals.
• Track and analyse the performance collaborations to optimize ROI and engagement.
4. Creative Communication
• Convert collaborative projects to creative content across all social platform; not limited to email, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube
5. Connect with the Community
• Sensitive to comments and maintain engagement with community
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and conversations, and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with brand team to co-organise community events, online and offline
General Requirements:
- 3 years experience in content creation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and create reports.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
