Our clients are busy owners who need partners who genuinely understand their brand and their audience.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) across client social accounts
- Research and identify trending sounds and formats to our clients' industries
- Brainstorm creative concepts that bring our clients' brands to life and align with their voice
- Support the team with content ideation
- Collaborate with our content and strategy manager to align social efforts
What We're Looking For
- Genuine social media fluency: You understand why content works
- Short-form video confidence: You're comfortable editing TikToks and Reels
- Resourcefulness with tools: Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or similar (you don't need to be a pro, just creative and scrappy)
- Trend awareness: You're plugged into what's happening on social right now and can spot opportunities
- Organization and ownership: You can juggle multiple brand accounts, meet deadlines, and flag issues before they become problems
- Authentic voice: You know the difference between what feels real and what reads as trying too hard
- Collaborative mindset: Low ego, high output, and ready to learn from feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience managing a personal or brand social account with real engagement/growth
- Background in photography, videography, or content creation
- Portfolio or examples of content you've created (personal accounts, school projects, etc.)
- Interest in small business, startups, or brands
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
