Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Officer to manage the digital presence of our design forward boutique hotel and our vibrant, premium restaurant concepts. You will split your time capturing the minimalist, serene aesthetic of White Goose and the energetic, stylish dining experiences at Milano.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi Brand Content: Shoot and edit high quality mobile photo/video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that distinctly reflects the unique identity of both the hotel and the restaurants.
- Community Management: Maintain separate content calendars, schedule posts, and promptly handle DMs/comments for all properties with a hospitable, brand aligned tone.
- KOL & Influencer Management: Source, pitch, and coordinate staycations at White Goose and dining experiences at Milano for local and international creators.
- On Site Coordination: Work closely with the hotel operations, front office, and restaurant/bar teams to capture live events, daily vibe checks, and special promotions.
- Analytics: Monitor engagement and optimize content to drive both direct room bookings and table reservations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation (Hospitality and F&B experience in Bali is a massive plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic short form video creation (Reels/TikTok) and mobile editing skills.
- Experience managing, negotiating, and hosting KOLs/Influencers.
- Excellent English skills to engage with international guests, global creators, and digital audiences.
- Highly organized, adaptable (able to switch between hotel and F&B branding seamlessly), and ready to work on site in Canggu/Berawa.
