Responsibilities:
- Be involved in all phases of social media activities, from observing trends, brainstorming, live streaming, create visual concepts to execution
- Work across divisions to create impactful digital campaigns through storytelling
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to optimize engagement.
- Experience in creating and executing social media trends & marketing strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Engage regularly with the community on Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Preparing a long-term plan for social media planning
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications
- Have min. 2 year experience in related experience such as Social Media/ Social Media Executive/ Social Media Strategist
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Willing to full WFO on Jakarta Selatan area ( Rasuna said )
- Be active on social media and keep up with trend
- Have good communication, creative and time management skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have a great work ethic.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
