Social Media Specialist – Food & Beverage (F&B)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and strengthening our brand presence while driving customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create engaging and creative content that showcases products, promotions, and customer experiences.
- Coordinate and oversee food and beverage photography and videography sessions.
- Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and campaign content that reflects the brand's voice.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support the marketing of new product launches, seasonal promotions, and new branch openings.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and F&B industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for restaurants, cafés, or food & beverage brands.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Managerand TikTok Ads Manager.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience in creating content strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing restaurants, cafés, or specialty coffee brands.
- Knowledge of delivery platforms such as Jahez, HungerStation, Mrsool, and ToYou.
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
- Basic knowledge of food styling and visual content production.
- Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and managed accounts.
