We are seeking to hire a forward thinking and proactive Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in growing organic following and engagement to:
- Develop and execute an engaging social media content strategy that will help us attract candidates and recruiters in the restaurant & hospitality industry.
- Be Hands-On with creating and editing social content (including videos) across various social media platforms, including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust approach to maximize results.
- Engage with the community through comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
The GOALS for this position are to:
- Grow OysterLink’s YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high-quality content tailored to hospitality professionals.
- We are seeking an expert with a clear vision, strategy and know how to grow our social channels.
- Drive qualified traffic from social channels to OysterLink site.
- Achieve high community engagement (e.g. by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation)
Required skills:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful PAID & ORGANIC social media campaigns
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Hands-On Expertise in utilizing AI and social tools to create and edit photos and videos.
- Proven track record of growing brands organically – through social pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure results
