🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand goals
• Ideate and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and visibility
• Create engaging content including captions, reels, short videos, and social media posts
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers
• Monitor performance metrics, insights, and analytics to optimize content strategy
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent brand voice and creative execution across platforms
• Support basic editing and design of social media creatives
✅ Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Understanding of Instagram content formats and current trends
• Strong creative thinking, planning, and communication skills
