Our client is a growing lifestyle brand focused on building a stronger and more consistent marketing and social media presence through engaging content, creative storytelling, and brand-building initiatives across multiple digital platforms. They are focused on elevating their online presence while creating polished, social-first content that strengthens audience engagement and brand visibility.
They’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist who can support content creation, social media management, influencer initiatives, and broader marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role is critical in maintaining a polished brand presence while executing campaigns, managing creative workflows, and helping scale engaging digital content and storytelling initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Create and edit engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, campaign timelines, and creative workflows
- Write captions, social copy, and marketing messaging aligned with the brand voice and positioning
- Support influencer gifting, creator outreach, UGC coordination, and partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and broader marketing efforts
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or brand marketing roles
- Strong experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency with creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
