Role Description:
The Social Media Specialist will be mainly responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media activities across all digital platforms to strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. This role is responsible for planning, publishing, monitoring, and optimizing social media content and campaigns while ensuring alignment with the company’s branding, marketing direction, and commercial objectives. The Social Media Specialist is expected to have strong experience in handling high-intensity activities, fast-paced campaign execution, and dynamic operational environments, preferably within consulting or professional services industries.
Job Description:
Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- Execute social media campaigns and daily activities across all digital channels.
- Ensure all social media content aligns with the company’s branding, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve performance and engagement.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design team and Media Buying team to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Content Coordination & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches, announcements, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in implementing social media plans, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of social media activities within fast-paced and high-volume operational environments.
- Support coverage and promotion of internal and external company events across digital platforms.
Community Management & Reporting
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and social interactions professionally and promptly.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and online visibility.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing social media activities within fast-paced and high-intensity operational environments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management, audience engagement, and digital trends.
- Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of branding, campaign coordination, and social media best practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience using social media management and reporting tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
