Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the team full-time in Sydney. This is a hands-on role across strategy, content, and day-to-day execution. You’ll be working across a range of hospitality clients, building social media plans, capturing and producing content on-site, managing accounts, and rolling out campaigns that drive both awareness and foot traffic.
You’ll need to understand how venues operate, how to capture them at their best, and how to translate that into content that feels natural, engaging, and on brand. From busy service nights to quiet prep moments, you’ll be responsible for shaping how these brands show up online.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media marketing within hospitality or lifestyle brands
Confident in content creation across photo, video, and lo-fi formats
Experience building and managing social media strategies and calendars
Ability to capture content on-site in fast-paced environments
Clear communicator with confidence working directly with clients and venue teams
Comfortable analysing performance and adjusting strategy accordingly
Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye and sense of brand
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple venues at once
Experience across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Relevant degree is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in hospitality, content, or social media is highly regarded
