Director of Digital Marketing / Social Media (Multi-Brand) – High-Growth Companies

About the Role

This is not a typical marketing job.

You will be responsible for owning and scaling the marketing across four companies:

  • Spicola Construction (high-end construction & projects)
  • RestoWRX (restoration & emergency services)
  • Hot Water Heroes (plumbing/water heater services)
  • Livia Med Spa (aesthetic & wellness brand)

Each brand has a different audience, different strategy, and different opportunity.

We need someone who can build, execute, and scale a full marketing machine across all of them.

Who You Are

You’re not a content poster—you’re a growth operator.

You understand how to:

  • Turn ad spend into leads
  • Turn content into authority
  • Turn brands into market leaders

You think in terms of:
CPL, ROAS, conversions, and revenue—not likes and followers.

What You’ll Own

Paid Ads (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Run Google Ads + Local Service Ads (LSA)
  • Build and optimize lead funnels + retargeting systems
  • Continuously improve cost per lead and ROI

Multi-Brand Social Media Strategy

  • Oversee and execute content for all 4 companies
  • Create platform-specific strategies (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube)
  • Position each brand as a leader in its market
  • Turn real-world jobs, before/afters, and client results into content

Content Creation

  • Shoot/edit high-performing short-form video
  • Create ad creatives that convert
  • Write strong, direct-response captions and ad copy

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across all brands
  • A/B test aggressively (ads, creatives, offers)
  • Identify what’s working and scale it fast
  • Cut what doesn’t

System Building

  • Help build a repeatable marketing engine
  • Work with CRM / lead tracking systems
  • Create processes so marketing scales, not breaks

Requirements (Read Carefully)

  • Proven experience managing paid ads (Meta + Google/LSA)
  • Track record of generating real leads for service-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to create and edit content (video + graphics)
  • Highly self-directed—this role requires ownership, not supervision

Huge Plus If You Have

  • Experience in construction, restoration, plumbing, or med spa
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills
  • Experience scaling ad budgets profitably
  • Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
