We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive measurable business growth. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing, owning both content execution and digital revenue channels.
This position requires both analytical discipline and luxury brand sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive digital revenue growth through website management, SEO, paid advertising (Meta and Google), retargeting, CRM, email marketing, and conversion optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and regular reporting to optimize campaigns and ROI
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Lead daily content creation across social platforms, including showcasing new arrivals, styling/try-ons, and brand events
- Manage community engagement, responding to messages and comments while fostering a strong, loyal audience
- Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with VIP private shoppers to create sales-driven content that supports clientele and high-value conversions
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships and product launches
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and luxury marketing best practices
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and managing paid media campaigns (Meta & Google)
- Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing (CRM/email)
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
- Exceptional content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Strong visual aesthetic with a deep understanding of luxury branding
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Hands-on experience with retargeting strategies and customer segmentation
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience supporting high-touch sales environments or clientele
