Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute reels, stories, and video content with our therapists and children (with full sensitivity and permissions).
- Shoot, edit, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar for organic content.
- Collaborate with therapists and doctors to create authentic, educational content around child development, therapy, and parent awareness.
- Write short blogs and manage SEO-friendly website updates.
- Track analytics, engagement, and growth — and experiment with new formats.
- Be part of a mission-driven team working to make therapy accessible and inclusive for every child.
