Job Description
- Create, edit, and publish content across all key social media platforms
- Lead the growth of channels using organic, results-driven strategies
- Identify and act quickly on trends to maximise reach and engagement
- Plan and manage a consistent, high-quality content pipeline
- Collaborate closely with videographers and photographers on content delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
- Use AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience growing social media accounts, particularly YouTube
- Strong understanding of what drives high performing and viral content
- Hands-on experience with content creation and editing
- Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong visual awareness and attention to brand standards
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
- Confident managing end-to-end content publishing independently
