Role Description
- Lead daily social concept development across VALORANT Esports social channels.
- Maintain deep expertise and active engagement with the VALORANT Esports ecosystem, including teams, players, updates, and community trends.
- Oversee daily social publishing and editorial calendars to ensure seamless program execution across platforms.
- Stay ahead of macro content trends and platform updates to inform publishing, community engagement, and tactical execution.
- Actively monitor the social landscape to surface insights and deliver forward-thinking recommendations.
- Spot and react to cultural trends across gaming, entertainment, and music in real time.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop assets.
- Understand and engage diverse audiences by tapping into generational behaviors and cultural nuances.
- Track and analyze performance to continuously refine and elevate creative output.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support additional projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Lead and oversee on-site event content coverage and execution.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of social media management experience.
- Must be able to travel to VALORANT Esports events 3-4 times a year for the event’s full duration.
- Detail oriented, with ability to manage scheduling and proofreading social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Must possess skill for creative, platform-specific copywriting.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as people skills.
- Strong grasp on the social and digital ecosystem and how brands should participate in an authentic way.
- Passionate for building communities with an authentic lens.
- Strong passion for culture, gaming, entertainment and advertising.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually
