We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Producer to join a fast-growing founder-led business, helping create and deliver content across a high-profile entrepreneur's personal brand.
Working closely with the founder and wider content team, you'll help turn ideas into engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating content, writing copy, editing short-form video and keeping multiple channels moving.
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day delivery of content across multiple social channels, working from initial ideas through to publishing and performance.
This could involve filming content, writing social copy, briefing editors, scheduling posts, spotting trends, reviewing analytics and helping shape how content is packaged for different audiences.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly and no two days look the same.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
- Support content planning, scheduling and day-to-day channel management
- Write engaging captions, headlines and social copy
- Film and edit short-form content where required
- Brief editors and creatives to ensure content is delivered to a high standard
- Identify trends, topics and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
- Monitor performance and feed insights back into future content
- Work closely with the founder and wider team to bring new ideas to life
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating and managing social content in a publisher, agency, creator or brand environment
- Confident writing copy for different social platforms
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Naturally curious about social trends, creators and digital culture
