Social Media Manager / Creative Strategist Jobs in United States at Mimshack
We’re looking for a top-tier Social Media Manager / Creative Strategist to work closely with high-level medical professionals (including doctors and specialists) to build powerful, authority-driven personal brands across social platforms.
This is not a basic posting role.
We’re looking for someone who deeply understands social media at a strategic level — someone who knows what works, why it works, and how to consistently execute at a high level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing personal brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Developing and executing content strategies that drive reach, trust, and authority
- Identifying trends, hooks, and formats that perform — and adapting them to a medical/educational niche
- Working closely with creators (e.g. doctors, surgeons, experts) to shape content direction
- Overseeing content calendars, posting schedules, and overall brand consistency
- Collaborating with editors and creators to ensure content is high-performing and aligned with strategy
- Continuously analysing performance and optimising content based on data
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing or growing high-performing social media accounts
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (short-form especially)
- Strong grasp of:
- Hooks & retention
- Viral formats & trends
- Storytelling & authority content
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Someone who stays ahead of trends and understands what’s working right now
- Strong communication and ability to direct creators effectively
- High standards — we’re looking for someone who cares about quality and results
Bonus (Not Required)
- Comfortable being on camera or delivering live sessions to support and guide medical creators building their personal brands
