Social Media Manager / Content Strategist Jobs in Matn District, Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon at TRBLMKRS
We’re looking for an Account & Content Manager who knows how to keep projects moving, ideas flowing, and brands growing.
You’ll work closely with our creative team to plan content, direct productions, and ensure every piece of work aligns with the strategy and TRBLMKRS standards.
What you’ll do
- Research each client’s industry, competitors, audience, and market trends.
- Develop monthly content strategies, content pillars, and creative directions.
- Brainstorm monthly content ideas and occasionally create campaign concepts.
- Build monthly content calendars and prepare creative briefs for production.
- Write engaging social media captions, copy, and campaign messaging.
- Attend and help direct photoshoots and video productions, working closely with photographers and videographers to ensure the creative vision is executed correctly.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors throughout the production process.
- Follow up with the creative team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet TRBLMKRS quality standards.
- Review creative assets to ensure consistency, attention to detail, and alignment with the content strategy.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve future content and campaigns.
- Keep projects organized, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of social media, branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong creative eye with an understanding of photography, videography, and visual content.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable directing creative productions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
Hybrid position — working between our office and remotely, with details discussed during the interview.
