🎬 We're Hiring: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Personal Brand)

Are you creative, quick on your feet, and love telling stories through content? We're looking for a talented individual to manage and grow the personal social media presence of our CEO — and be right there with him to capture it all.

What You'll Do:

  1. Accompany the CEO to events, meetings, and daily activities to shoot photo and video content
  2. Edit and produce reels, stories, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
  3. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and audience engagement
  4. Monitor performance metrics and stay on top of trends and platform updates
  5. Provide light personal assistance as needed (scheduling, errands, coordination)

You're a great fit if you:

  1. Have a portfolio of social media work — links required when applying
  2. Are fluent in English — written and spoken, for content creation and daily communication
  3. Know your way around a camera and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  4. Have a strong eye for aesthetics — lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
  5. Are organized, proactive, and can work independently
  6. Are discreet and trustworthy — this is a close-access, personal role
  7. Are flexible and can adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced schedule

Bonus points for:

  1. Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
  2. Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics)
  3. Executive or personal assistance background
  4. Ability to communicate in Japanese
