About The Role
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can take Haven’s digital presence to the next level. Your primary mission is simple: grow our Instagram following.
You live at the intersection of modern wellness, lifestyle, and high-end design. You know how to make a "functional" product feel aspirational, interesting, and essential. You will be the creative force responsible for translating our mission of planetary health and artist-led design into a polished, elevated, and high-growth social feed.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Organic Growth: Own the Instagram strategy with a focus on increasing our follower count and delivering value.
- Elevated Content Creation: Produce polished yet interesting visual stories, including short-form video and high-aesthetic photography that fits a modern wellness vibe.
- Artist & Mission Storytelling: Craft compelling content around our limited-edition artist collaborations and our work with sustainability non-profits.
- Trend Translation: Identify emerging cultural and wellness trends and translate them into "Haven moments" that feel fresh and premium.
- Community Building: Actively engage with our audience, responding to comments and nurturing relationships with fans of the brand.
- Performance Tracking: Report on growth metrics and continuously iterate on content to find what resonates most with our target audience.
You Are:
- Deeply passionate about non-toxic, clean products, modern wellness, mindful living, and nature.
- Experienced (2+ years) in social/content roles for CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Fluent in video editing, short-form storytelling, and content ideation.
- Obsessed with digital design trends, aesthetics, and social culture.
- Passionate about body care, rituals, and the tiny details that shape daily life.
- Self-motivated, organized, and excited by the pace of an early-stage brand.
- Seeking a flexible part-time opportunity to grow with an emerging brand, with potential to convert to full-time.
Bonus Points:
- You’ve launched brands or helped build one from day one.
- You love community engagement and building things people want to talk about.
- You have experience with influencer gifting or partnerships (or want to grow in that area).
- You have studio photography skills
