Social Media Manager / Content Creator (Arabic + English) — Dubai-Based Jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates at IMPACT Media
We’re looking for a bilingual storyteller who lives and breathes content, someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts, clever captions, and high-performing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and post daily content (Reels, carousels, stories, captions, etc.) in Arabic and English
- Manage content calendars, engagement, and growth analytics
- Stay ahead of trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (writing & speaking) — this is a must
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of storytelling and brand voice
- Experience managing multiple accounts or brands across industries
- Comfortable directing shoots and collaborating with videographers/designers
Bonus Points:
- Previous agency experience
- Skilled in basic editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite)
- Strong copywriting and community engagement skills
