About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow a personal brand across all major social media platforms. This role is responsible for creating, filming, editing, publishing, and managing engaging content across platforms including:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Snapchat
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and personal branding. You should be comfortable handling both the creative and operational side of content creation — from ideation and filming to editing and publishing. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can independently create high-quality content and help grow a strong online presence.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Film and edit:
- Short-form videos
- Reels
- TikToks
- Stories
- YouTube content
- Capture day-to-day lifestyle, business, events, behind-the-scenes, and personal brand moments.
- Create engaging platform-native content optimized for reach and engagement.
Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedules and content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in:
- Brand tone
- Visual identity
- Messaging
- Monitor and respond to trends, audience engagement, and platform updates.
- Manage captions, hashtags, and publishing workflows.
Editing & Creative Execution
- Edit videos using tools such as:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Canva
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and platform-optimized edits.
- Ensure high-quality and fast-turnaround content production.
Growth & Performance
- Track performance metrics across platforms.
- Optimize content based on:
- Engagement
- Reach
- Audience growth
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve visibility and engagement.
Collaboration & Flexibility
- Attend shoots, meetings, events, or travel when required.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and content concepts regularly.
- Stay up to date with:
- Social media trends
- Viral formats
- Creator economy trends
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or growing social media pages or personal brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Social media content
- Video editing
- Personal branding work
- Strong understanding of:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Experience creating short-form video content with strong storytelling.
- Comfortable filming with smartphones and cameras.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Photography or videography experience.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience working with creators, founders, executives, or influencers.
- Understanding of personal branding and audience growth strategies.
- Arabic language is a plus.
