Role Description
Social Media Executive/ Manager – Full-Time, On-Site | Noida
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to ensure a strong, consistent brand presence
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing and branding goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy
- Ideate and brainstorm fresh, creative content ideas regularly — including campaigns, reels, carousels, memes, and interactive content
- Brief designers and video editors with clear creative direction, references, and content requirements to bring ideas to life
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate social media performance
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Experience in brand-building and audience engagement
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
