The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who is not only an expert in luxury branding and graphic design but also has a proven track record of creating high-performance content for YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Display Ads.
You’ll work with a truly global, multidisciplinary team—spanning content strategy, tech, software development, SEO/SEM, and more—and play a pivotal role in launching new ventures across different markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Social Media Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, high-end content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display Ads, and other platforms.
- YouTube & Meta Expertise: Create performance-driven video and visual content specifically for YouTube and Meta channels, with a focus on storytelling, branding, and conversion.
- Global Campaign Execution: Support new business launches with creative tailored to different international markets.
- Visual Design Mastery: Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to craft on-brand, luxury-standard creative assets.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with global experts in content, UX, dev, paid media, and marketing to build unified digital experiences.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use data tools to review performance and optimize campaigns across platforms.
- Content Repurposing: Adapt assets across various platforms and formats while maintaining consistency and impact.
- AI Content creation - research the latest tools to create and edit content using AI to improve conversions and speed of output.
What We’re Looking For
- Luxury Industry Experience – You must have worked with premium or luxury brands and understand how to speak to high-net-worth audiences.
- Figma & Design Proficiency – Must be an expert-level graphic designer with a strong aesthetic aligned to luxury.
- 3+ Years of YouTube & Meta Content Creation – Proven experience developing content specifically for YouTube and Meta Ads is essential.
- Google Display Ads Knowledge – Comfortable producing assets for GDN with best practices in mind.
- Tech + Marketing Fluency – Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and content data metrics.
- Fast-Paced + Flexible – Enjoys juggling multiple projects, thinking fast, and executing with autonomy.

Create two sample content pieces:
