About the job:
Are you passionate about sports, media, and digital growth? Do you understand how to build, scale, and engage audiences across social platforms? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will lead and execute social media strategy across our platforms, helping grow and monetize one of the largest sports media and live commerce brands in the space. You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, and live streaming teams to drive content, engagement, and performance.
Here at Culture Media, we operate one of the largest live streaming and sports media operations, with 5.5M+ total followers across all platforms, including 1.2M+ Instagram followers and 640K+ YouTube subscribers. Our network reaches 3.5M viewers monthly with 18.1M views, and we are continuing to scale rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (short-form, reels, clips, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, growth, and conversions
• Stay on top of sports trends, viral moments, and platform algorithm updates
• Collaborate with creative, live streaming, and sales teams to align content with business goals
• Drive audience growth, retention, and overall brand presence across all channels
• Test new formats, ideas, and content strategies to continuously improve performance
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years experience in social media management (sports media preferred)
• Experience working at a media company or similar fast-paced digital brand
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience behavior
• Creative, fast-moving, and highly organized
• Deep interest in sports, media, and digital culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
