This is not a posting or calendar management role.

We are looking for someone who can own social as a strategic growth and cultural lever. Someone who understands that each platform has a different role, a different audience, and a different language. You will define what each channel stands for, what goes where, and how the brand shows up consistently while still feeling native to each platform.

Think like a creator and community builder first, marketer second.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Platform Strategy

Clearly define the role of each channel (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.). What does each stand for, and what type of content belongs where.

  • Define Multi Page Strategy

Clearly define the role of every brand page. What does each stand for, and what type of content belongs where.

  • Build a High-Impact Content Engine

Drive content that is designed to perform on social first. Focus on reach, shareability, and cultural relevance.

  • Create Viral and Innovative Content

Experiment constantly. Identify formats, hooks, and trends early. Push boundaries in automotive and set new benchmarks.

  • Think Like a Creator

Approach content with a strong point of view. Understand pacing, hooks, storytelling, and what makes people stop, watch, and share.

  • Own Community and Engagement

Build and nurture a strong community. Engage actively with comments, DMs, and conversations. Turn followers into advocates.

  • Manage ORM (Online Reputation Management)

Monitor and respond to conversations around the brand. Handle feedback, complaints, and sentiment with clarity and speed.

  • Leverage AI and Tools

Use AI and emerging tools to improve speed, ideation, and content quality.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with brand, creative studio, influencer, and performance teams to ensure social is integrated into the larger marketing system.

What we are looking for:

  • Any experience in social media, content, or creator-led roles
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics and content formats
  • Strong instinct for what works on social and why
  • Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action
  • Passion for automotive, bikes, and performance culture

Bonus Points If:

  • You have built or grown a social page or personal audience
  • You actively experiment with new formats, tools, and AI workflows
  • You are deeply immersed in internet culture and trends
