You will lead social strategy and content execution for a portfolio of disruptive B2B startups and the firm’s own brand. This high-impact role blends editorial thinking with hands-on design, requiring you to translate complex innovation in the built world into compelling narratives across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack.

What You Will Do
- Plan and produce multi-platform social content including long-form thought leadership, short-form video clips, motion graphics, and reactive posts based on the news cycle.
- Manage the end-to-end design process using Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools to create polished visual assets without needing support from a separate design team.
- Actively monitor industry trends to identify proactive engagement opportunities, managing community interactions and building genuine relationships with followers across multiple accounts.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 2-3 years of experience in an agency or in-house role managing social media for B2B brands, with a deep understanding of B2B audience behavior.
- Demonstrates high-level proficiency in short-form video production and visual design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to deliver production-ready assets.
- Features exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to pivot between different brand voices, registers, and complex technical subject matters with ease.
