Fresh off our Agency of the Year win, we're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of social-first work that stops thumbs and drives engagement. Someone who understands how platforms work, how audiences engage, and how to turn cultural moments into content people genuinely care about.
This is a role for someone who loves being close to the work – developing content ideas, working with creators, guiding clients and helping campaigns come to life across social.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of social-first campaigns across multiple clients
- Developing platform-native content ideas that feel authentic, relevant and engaging
- Leading content calendars, publishing, community management and reporting
- Working with creators and influencers to deliver standout collaborations
- Working with clients and paid media agencies to maximise the reach and impact of social content
- Bringing trends, platform updates and cultural insights into creative thinking
- Helping shape campaign concepts alongside our creative, PR and strategy teams
- Building strong client relationships and providing day-to-day strategic guidance
- Supporting junior team members and helping elevate the quality of work across the team
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years' experience in social media marketing (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging platforms
- Experience managing social campaigns from planning through to delivery and reporting
- Excellent copywriting skills and a sharp instinct for what works on social
- Understanding of paid amplification strategies and how organic and paid social work together
- Someone who's organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
- A genuine curiosity for culture, internet behaviour and how ideas spread
