In this spirit, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own the way our brands live, sound and engage on social – building platform-native, social-first content that turns enduring truths into stories worth stopping for.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• interpret briefs to translate client objectives into platform-native social strategies
• conceive and produce social-first content – ideas built for the feed, not adapted to it
• own content calendars and publishing across all relevant channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• leverage AI tools across ideation, content production and reporting to work faster and smarter
• stay ahead of platform updates, native formats and cultural moments, and turn them into opportunities for our brands
• present social strategies, content concepts and performance reviews to internal and external clients
• work alongside art directors, copywriters and creators to ensure visuals, words and platform craft work as one
• monitor, analyze and report on performance, turning data into clear, actionable insight
QUALIFICATIONS & STANDARDS
• 4+ years' proven experience in social media management within an advertising agency (strong content portfolio required)
• degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
• expert, hands-on command of all major platforms and their native formats and best practices
• proven ability to produce social-first content – copy, format craft and basic design/editing
• proficiency in AI tools for ideation, content production and reporting (a core requirement of the role)
• good command of Greek and English language (verbal and written)
• confident ability to present social ideas and results to internal and external clients
• analytical mindset, comfortable with social listening and reporting tools
• ability to work under pressure and take ownership of process and deliverables
• good judgment when working with clients and team members
