Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in the South Goa district. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing social media campaigns. Key tasks include developing content strategies, managing day-to-day operations of various social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, writing engaging content, and driving brand awareness. The role requires collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to produce cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Develop and prepare professional client pitch decks and presentation materials aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Collaborate and coordinate with influencers for brand campaigns and partnerships.
- Plan and execute high-quality content creation and in-office shoots aligned with campaign objectives.
- Open to travel as and when required for shoots, campaigns, events, or client requirements.
