What You’ll Own
Social Strategy & Brand Voice
- Develop and execute a standout social media strategy that builds awareness and brand affinity
- Translate brand positioning into a distinct, engaging voice across platforms
- Ensure content feels native, timely, and aligned to broader business goals
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Own the content calendar across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and publish scroll-stopping content—video, imagery, and storytelling that drives engagement
- Turn product moments, recipes, and everyday usage into content people want to watch and share
Community Engagement
- Actively manage and grow the brand’s social community
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations
- Monitor sentiment and identify opportunities to connect, respond, and create
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with creators and influencers to expand reach and credibility
- Support user-generated content strategies and amplify authentic brand advocacy
- Build a pipeline of content through creator partnerships
Paid Social Support
- Partner with marketing teams to amplify top-performing content
- Help translate organic success into paid media opportunities
- Contribute to campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and growth
Trendspotting & Innovation
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and cultural moments
- Bring fresh, test-and-learn ideas that keep the brand relevant
- Act quickly on opportunities that align with the brand voice
Performance & Optimization
- Track performance across channels—engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
- Use insights to refine strategy, content mix, and posting cadence
- Continuously improve performance through data and creativity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Sales, and Product teams to support launches and campaigns
- Help integrate social into broader marketing efforts
- Bring ideas to life across the business with speed and alignment
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content-driven roles
- Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content
- Experience with short-form video and platform-native storytelling
- Strong copywriting and creative instincts
- Analytical mindset—you know how to read performance and pivot
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern content creation workflows is a plus
