Our client is looking for a creative, culturally in-tune Social Media Manager to elevate their brand presence and connect with consumers in a meaningful way across digital platforms. This role goes far beyond posting content—you’ll shape the voice, drive engagement, and bring the brand to life in a way that feels authentic, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually care about.

What You’ll Own

Social Strategy & Brand Voice

  • Develop and execute a standout social media strategy that builds awareness and brand affinity
  • Translate brand positioning into a distinct, engaging voice across platforms
  • Ensure content feels native, timely, and aligned to broader business goals

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Own the content calendar across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create and publish scroll-stopping content—video, imagery, and storytelling that drives engagement
  • Turn product moments, recipes, and everyday usage into content people want to watch and share

Community Engagement

  • Actively manage and grow the brand’s social community
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations
  • Monitor sentiment and identify opportunities to connect, respond, and create

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with creators and influencers to expand reach and credibility
  • Support user-generated content strategies and amplify authentic brand advocacy
  • Build a pipeline of content through creator partnerships

Paid Social Support

  • Partner with marketing teams to amplify top-performing content
  • Help translate organic success into paid media opportunities
  • Contribute to campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and growth

Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and cultural moments
  • Bring fresh, test-and-learn ideas that keep the brand relevant
  • Act quickly on opportunities that align with the brand voice

Performance & Optimization

  • Track performance across channels—engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
  • Use insights to refine strategy, content mix, and posting cadence
  • Continuously improve performance through data and creativity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Sales, and Product teams to support launches and campaigns
  • Help integrate social into broader marketing efforts
  • Bring ideas to life across the business with speed and alignment

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content-driven roles
  • Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content
  • Experience with short-form video and platform-native storytelling
  • Strong copywriting and creative instincts
  • Analytical mindset—you know how to read performance and pivot
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content creation workflows is a plus
