Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager / Executive to manage and grow brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The selected candidate will be deployed at the client’s office – GMR Goa International Airport Limited (GOX), Goa, working closely with the airport’s marketing and ORM teams while coordinating with Cleverhat Studios for content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to ensure timely and effective social media deliverables aligned with brand objectives.
Role Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in coordination with team that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). This may include text posts, images, videos, infographics, and stories in coordination with team that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
- Analyze social media data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, Impression, followers growth on social media and website traffic.
- Work with the team to Run/Monitor social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve marketing goals.
- Provide recommendation and suggestions time-to-time creative comments to engage with followers for GMR ORM team to respond on comments/messages promptly and professionally. And Engage if there is a need to respond on comments and messages which is related to social media (Influencers).
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to leverage them for the brand.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media algorithms and best practices.
- Generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide insights for future strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Responsible for coordination and timely delivery of all the deliverables
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Microsoft Tools like Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tool & Platforms
Experience with the following tools is preferred:
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Basic familiarity with Canva or Adobe creative tools
- Excel and Power Point
