The Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own the strategy, content, and performance of social across our client roster. You'll be the person who turns a brand's positioning into scroll-stopping content — and then uses data to make it sharper every week.
You'll work inside our creator systems, which means leveraging AI tools throughout your workflow — ideation, drafting, repurposing, analytics — while keeping the creative judgment firmly human.
What you'll do
- Build and execute platform-specific social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
- Lead content creation end-to-end: concepting, scripting, coordinating shoots, editing, captioning, publishing
- Use AI tools (we'll teach you ours) to accelerate research, ideation, and content production without losing the creative edge
- Track performance against real KPIs — reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS where applicable — and report what's working in plain English
- Collaborate with our paid media, creative, and strategy teams to make sure social ladders up to broader campaign goals
- Stay ahead of platform changes, format shifts, and culture — and bring ideas to the table before we ask
You're a fit if you have
- Experience running social for brands or personal account
- A portfolio of work you're proud of — short-form video
- Sharp writing instincts and a feel for how voice changes by platform
- Some experience with AI tools in your creative workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- The kind of taste that can tell when content is on-brand and when it's just… content
Nice to have
- Experience working with personal brands or companies
- Video editing / Design
- Paid social experience, even light
