Social Media Manager – Full Time
- We are looking for a full-time Content Manager to help us organize and execute our social media presence in a consistent, structured, and high-quality way.
- We’re looking for someone who can translate our vision into consistent execution across platforms.
Role Overview
- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day content workflow, ensuring everything is organized, scheduled, and delivered on time across our social media channels.
- This role is focused on execution, coordination, and consistency, rather than creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and maintain a content calendar.
- Write captions aligned with brand tone and direction
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Coordinate and organize shoots, logistics, and content production needs
- Act as the focal point between internal and external teams (graphic designers, videographers, editors, etc.)
- Set up and lead regular feedback/check-in meetings to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Track basic content performance and provide simple weekly insights
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with direction and structured input
- Experience managing social media content workflows
- Reliable, consistent, and proactive in follow-through
- Experience with local f&b brands
