We are seeking a strategic and organized Social Media Manager to be part of our marketing team. In this role, you will manage social media portfolios for multiple clients across diverse industries including food and beverage, retail, lifestyle, and professional services. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, planning content calendars, writing social media copy, coordinating with our creative team, and owning the end-to-end social media presence for assigned client accounts. Responsibilities

  • ⁠⁠Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • ⁠⁠Plan monthly content calendars aligned with client business goals and seasonal campaigns
  • ⁠⁠Write social media copy and captions that reflect each client's distinct brand voice and messaging
  • ⁠⁠Coordinate with the internal creative team on visual content requirements and briefs
  • ⁠⁠Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • ⁠⁠Support Meta advertising campaigns including basic setup, monitoring, and performance tracking
  • ⁠⁠Communicate with clients regarding strategy, performance metrics, and content approvals
  • ⁠⁠Monitor account performance and analytics, adjusting strategies based on data insights
  • ⁠⁠Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all managed accounts
  • ⁠⁠Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • ⁠⁠Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • ⁠⁠Strategic thinking with understanding of social media as a business tool, not just content creation
  • ⁠⁠Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple client accounts and competing deadlines
  • ⁠⁠Detail-oriented approach to content planning, execution, and quality assurance
  • ⁠⁠Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone and voice for different brands
  • ⁠⁠Supporting eye for design and familiarity with design principles to effectively brief and collaborate with creative team
  • ⁠⁠Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their best practices
  • ⁠⁠Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or willingness to learn
  • ⁠⁠Strong communication skills for both client-facing and internal team collaboration
  • ⁠⁠Data-driven mindset for performance analysis and strategy optimization
  • ⁠⁠Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • ⁠⁠Portfolio demonstrating social media work, content planning, or brand copywriting preferred
  • ⁠⁠Fresh graduates welcome with relevant portfolio work from internships, academic projects, or freelance experience
  • ⁠⁠Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing digital landscape
