Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, META ads and analytics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through digital content.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities using tools like Hootsuite and social listening techniques.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator or Canva to design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Capture high-quality photography for use in social media posts and campaigns.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business suite.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite for scheduling and analytics.
- Familiarity with photography techniques and editing software is a plus.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.
