Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content, developing, innovating, and implementing digital marketing strategies to improve our clients' social media accounts and marketing efforts.

You’ll manage multiple property accounts across the country, bringing each community’s story to life through thoughtful content and consistent brand voice. What you'll do:

  • Write, manage, and produce creative, high-quality content for multiple clients
  • Absorb and represent each property’s unique tone, voice, and brand messaging
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Use analytics to guide strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate closely with our social media team

 

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flawless grammar in English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Expert understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Canva, LinkedIn, and Google My Business
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, scheduling platforms, Dropbox, and G Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Edits, Photoshop)

Bonus points:

  • Degree in English, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiarity with the multifamily or real estate industry
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Prior experience at a creative or marketing agency
  • Photo and video editing experience

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
