Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, plan, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
- Capture and oversee high-quality visual content that reflects the brand's unique identity and customer experience.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, launches, and seasonal promotions through digital storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, lifestyle, retail, luxury, or consumer-facing brands.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategy, and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong photography, videography, and short-form content creation skills will be highly advantageous.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
