We're looking for a creative storyteller who understands that love is the world's most compelling content—and knows exactly how to say it across six platforms.

Kelleher International is the world's leading luxury matchmaking firm, with over 40 years of history connecting exceptional people. We are growing our digital presence and seeking a Social Media Manager who can translate our brand's warmth, exclusivity, and authority into scroll-stopping content that speaks to high-achieving, discerning audiences.

You will own the full creative and execution cycle: strategy, content production, scheduling, community management, promotion, and performance reporting — across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and X.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT & CREATIVE

Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across all platforms

Write, produce, and edit short-form video, Reels, and TikToks

Create graphics, carousels, and static posts aligned to brand guidelines

Collaborate with matchmakers for testimonials, tips, and thought leadership

Adapt messaging by platform voice (professional on LinkedIn, aspirational on Instagram, conversational on Reddit)

STRATEGY & GROWTH

Build and manage paid social campaigns (boosted posts, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads)

Monitor and grow follower counts, engagement, and reach KPIs

Identify trending audio, formats, and cultural moments for rapid-response content

Manage Reddit community engagement in relevant subreddits

Conduct quarterly competitive analyses and platform audits

COMMUNITY & ENGAGEMENT

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions daily

Flag and escalate sensitive client-adjacent inquiries appropriately

Build relationships with influencer and media partners in the luxury lifestyle space

Support PR and brand partnerships with social amplification

ANALYTICS & REPORTING

Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards

A/B test content formats, captions, and posting cadence

Use platform analytics and tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar) to optimize

Translate data into actionable creative pivots

PAID PROMOTION & TARGETED ADVERTISING

This role carries direct responsibility for paid social spend across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and X — not just boosting posts but building and managing precision-targeted campaigns designed to reach very specific audiences with very specific messages.

Kelleher's client acquisition and member engagement goals require a hybrid paid/organic approach. You will be expected to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that complement organic content — deploying budget strategically against defined audience segments, business objectives, and campaign windows.

Core Paid Responsibilities

  • Own paid social budgets across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and X Ads — from campaign setup through reporting
  • Build highly targeted audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes, interest layers, job title/seniority targeting (especially on LinkedIn), and geographic filters
  • Develop platform-specific ad creative and copy tailored to each audience and objective — awareness, lead generation, event promotion, and retargeting
  • Run A/B tests on creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to continuously improve CPL and ROAS
  • Manage promoted post strategy — identifying which organic content warrants paid amplification and structuring the spend accordingly
  • Coordinate with leadership on campaign priorities: new market pushes, seasonal acquisition windows, event promotion, and niche targeting needs
  • Deliver clear campaign performance reports with spend, reach, CPM, CTR, CPL, and conversion data — with actionable recommendations
  • Stay current on platform policy changes, targeting capabilities, and ad format updates across all channels

Audience Targeting Expertise Required

Kelleher serves a high-net-worth, achievement-oriented clientele. Paid campaigns must reach the right people — not just a lot of people. Candidates should have demonstrated experience targeting audiences defined by:

  • Professional criteria: industry, seniority, job function, company size (LinkedIn)
  • Behavioral and interest signals: relationship intent, luxury lifestyle, travel, wellness (Meta/TikTok)
  • Geographic and demographic parameters aligned to specific market expansion goals
  • Retargeting pools: website visitors, video viewers, engagement-based warm audiences



QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years managing brand social accounts; luxury, lifestyle, or relationship industry a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager — required; TikTok Ads and X Ads a plus
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize spend, and report on paid KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
  • Strong short-form video skills — comfortable on camera and behind it
  • Excellent copywriting across tones: witty, warm, sophisticated, conversational
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for content production
  • Deep familiarity with audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike modeling across platforms
  • Understanding of pixel/tracking setup, UTM parameters, and attribution basics
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling a high-privacy, high-net-worth clientele
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage paid and organic workstreams simultaneously

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

All candidates are required to submit a portfolio as part of their application. Your portfolio should demonstrate:

  • Links to 2–3 brand social accounts you have managed, with a brief note on your role and results achieved
  • 3–5 examples of original content you created (short-form video, graphics, or copy) — ideally spanning multiple platforms
  • At least one example of a paid social campaign you ran, including the objective and outcome
  • Optional but encouraged: a 1-page content strategy brief or sample monthly calendar for a brand in the luxury or lifestyle space
