What We Need You For
As a Social Media Manager, you will drive the EFA’s social media presence and community engagement, especially during game days. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing EFA’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creating engaging social media posts, captions, and story formats
- Community management (responding to comments, DMs, fan interaction)
- Cutting and publishing highlight clips quickly on game days
- Live coverage and real-time content support during games
- Coordinating closely with media teams and franchise representatives
- Monitoring trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Supporting paid social campaigns when required
What You Bring
- Strong passion for football and sports storytelling
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Ability to edit short-form video content quickly
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to design engaging digital and social media graphics
- High responsiveness and ability to work under time pressure, especially on game days
- Creativity and strong understanding of social media trends
- Team spirit and proactive mindset
- Availability on selected game days, including weekends
