Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office internship role for a Social Media Management Intern based in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
The intern will support HYFIT’s digital presence by managing day-to-day social media operations, coordinating with internal and external creative teams, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across platforms. This role is ideal for creative and organized individuals who are passionate about content, branding, and fitness culture.
This is a paid internship.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate barter collaborations with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, deliverables tracking, and relationship management
Act as the primary point of coordination between HYFIT and the external social media/creative agency
Manage the monthly social media content calendar
Coordinate with the in-house videographer for shoot planning, content requirements, and timelines
Assist in ideating reels, short-form videos, and trend-based content for Instagram and other platforms
Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and share insights with the team
Maintain content folders, asset libraries, and posting schedules
Qualifications
0–1 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form content formats
Familiarity with basic Excel/Google Sheets
Creative mindset with attention to detail and timelines
Passion for fitness, branding, and community-driven experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must be comfortable working in-office and bring their own laptop
