Jewelry by Eti is a growing jewelry brand inspired by timeless femininity, individuality, and elevated everyday luxury. We’re currently looking for a creative, trend-aware, and growth-focused Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager to help build and grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
This is more than just a social media role — I’m truly looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the brand and be part of building something from the ground up. I need someone excited about helping grow the company with me and who wants to take ownership creatively and strategically. There is a real opportunity to become an important part of building this brand from an early stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and TikTok content calendars
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and short-form video content
- Oversee Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads and growth campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with trends and brand identity
- Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
- Engage with the online community and help grow audience engagement
- Monitor analytics, growth metrics, and campaign performance
- Help shape the digital voice and overall online presence of the brand
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
- Comfortable with content editing and short-form video creation
- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passionate about social media growth, trends, and creative strategy
Compensation
Starting at approximately $2,000/month depending on experience and scope of work.
