We are looking for someone who can take our social and content to the next level and beyond building a stronger, more consistent, and high-performing presence across platforms. We are looking for someone who can create, shape, and execute content, with a strong focus on founder-led storytelling, product visuals, and high-performing video content.
Growth & Engagement
Drive growth in:
- Followers
- Reach
- Engagement (saves, shares, comments)
- Identify and scale content that performs
- Stay on top of platform trends and adapt quickly
- Ensure content is designed to capture attention and encourage interaction
Founder-Led Content
Work closely with the founder to create:
- Talking videos
- Educational content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Build strong and consistent founder visibility across all platforms
Product & Visual Content
Capture and develop strong product and visual content, including:
- Application videos
- Product storytelling
- Results-focused content
- Maintain a premium, on-brand visual standard
Content Quality & Performance
- Ensure all content is:
- High quality
- Engaging
- Platform-native
- Monitor performance and identify what works
- Continuously refine content based on results
Community Management
- Manage comments and DMs with a premium, on-brand tone
- Turn engagement into meaningful interaction and interest
ShopMy / LTK (Affiliate & Conversion Focus)
- Own and manage ShopMy / LTK storefront
- Ensure all content has a clear path to purchase
- Link products across:
- Stories
- Bio / storefront
- Creator and organic content
- Keep storefront updated with featured and priority products
- Support creator activity by ensuring correct linking
- Track basic performance (what products and content are driving interest)
What we’re looking for
- 3–5+ years experience in social media, content, or digital
- Strong creative background (video, visuals, storytelling)
- Experience working with founder-led or product-driven brands
- Confident filming and directing content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Organised, proactive, and fast-moving
Tools & Platform Experience
- Confident using:
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (posting, insights, features)
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as:
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of:
- ShopMy / LTK or similar affiliate platforms
- Comfortable using analytics tools to review content performance

- Commercially aware (you understand content should drive action)
